Our team at Gojo have a wealth of experience for providing premium food and beverage services at large-scale live music and entertainment events and festivals
We currently curate and manage bar and food operations at over 50 live music and entertainment events per year across all Australian states and territories. We are a dedicated operations team that focus our core business on end-to-end event delivery including stock management, staffing, licensing, brand partnerships, financial management and onsite event coordination.
Events we’re involved in range anywhere from 2000-50,000 people. We successfully manage these events through detailed planning in the lead-up and reliable onsite coordination, working with both venue and promotion teams, ensuring clear understanding of event operations between all key stakeholders.
Bar Management & Operations – We manage all aspects of any bar operation, large or small, including but not limited to, stock ordering, staffing, set up, equipment supply, signage creation, beverage menu design including specialty/sponsor bars(cocktails, premium wines/champagne, craft beer/cider), refrigeration, pack up, stock return.
Sponsorship Negotiations & Engagement – We can offer full organisation of sponsorships and partnerships or can support pre-existing agreements and partnerships. We will always ensure the requirements are implemented to the highest standard to ensure these partnerships are long lasting. We have strong relationships with all major beverage suppliers in Australia and are always open to building new relationships.
Financial Reporting – We can provide full revenue reports, broken down by location,product and payment method, live revenue updates and post-event financialreports. We work with various POS systems that are all effective and conduciveto event environments.
Liquor Licensing/RSA –We've held special event liquor licenses in NSW, VIC, TAS, WA & SA in the past 2 years and have also overseen major event licenses in QLD in NT. We understand compliance processes for all states, and our senior management team has up to date advanced licensee training. Our staff are all fully trained and Responsible Service of Alcohol is a priority at all times.
Food Vendors – We can source, contract and manage all the vendor requirements for any event, including ensuring there is an appropriate number, menu range and that the vendors are capable for the crowd size expected. We work with a great variety of food vendors around the country and always ensure we have the best possible vendors available at each event. Our team will manage the bump in and event day operations of these vendors closely to ensure all safety & event requirements are strictly followed while always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Artist Catering & VIP Catering– We've been lucky enough to cater for some of the best artists in the world and we make sure to go above and beyond to make sure these services take first priority. We also provide premium catering services to ticketed areas for VIP guests at many events. Whether it be premium bar service, canape service, or sit down meals.
